Your Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Management

Lead the Finance Department and ensure its efficient operation.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Manage and monitor the company's cash flow.
Prepare financial analyses and management reports, and present results to the executive team.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and optimize business processes.
Evaluate investment projects and analyze financial risks.

Controlling and Financial Analysis

Monitor financial performance, costs, and profitability of customers, projects, and production programs.
Develop and evaluate KPIs for individual departments.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare pricing and cost calculations.

Accounting and Compliance

Take overall responsibility for the company's accounting function.
Prepare financial statements, statutory reports, and tax returns.
Communicate with auditors, tax authorities, insurance companies, and other external institutions.
Ensure compliance of financial processes with applicable legislation and accounting standards.

Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and develop employees within the finance, accounting, payroll, and HR departments.
Coordinate the team in delivering key financial objectives.

Who Are We Looking For?

The ideal candidate will have:

A university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial finance position within a manufacturing company.
Strong experience in accounting and financial controlling.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of Odoo is an advantage).
Excellent analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.

Salary (Gross)
From EUR 2,200 per month

The final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and level of independence. The stated minimum salary applies to candidates who possess the required knowledge and skills and, following an initial onboarding period, are able to perform the role independently.
